It is setting the standard for the redevelopment of this portion of Bladensburg Road with a contemporary, rational, and contextual architecture.

Clear horizontal and vertical lines create a subtle rhythm across the facade, connecting the interior spaces with the surrounding streetscape.

A restrained palette of materials emphasizes the composition, while a brick base grounds the building within its urban setting.

Nature is woven throughout the project, from street- level planting and green roofs to Juliet balconies, giving each resident a connection to the outdoors.
